Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Aprime Techno provides returns, replacements, and refunds for RO water purifiers, spare parts, and related services.

1. Product Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged at the time of delivery, or incorrect as per the confirmed order.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
  • The product must not be physically damaged due to misuse.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

2. Installation & Service Charges

Service charges, installation fees, and inspection charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.

In case of any genuine service-related concern, we will re-inspect and resolve the issue without additional cost, if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, wherever possible.
  • In certain cases, refunds may be adjusted against replacement or service costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used filters, membranes, and consumable parts.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or external factors.
  • Custom-installed commercial RO systems after commissioning.

5. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage for RO systems and parts depends on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Customers must comply with recommended service schedules to maintain warranty validity.
